AB CLASS  

30 minute fitness class focused solely on the core of the body. Through different forms of crunches and sit ups at various paces. Instructor: Joan McAtee

CARDIO DANCE

A dance fitness format that incorporates fun, easy and repetitive dance moves with the toning. It is a full body workout to your favorite songs on the radio, top 40 and anything fun to move to! Instructor: Shani Griffin

YOGA

A fun, easy way to manage stress while getting in shape! This course will help you learn simple stretching exercises to increase muscle tone and joint flexibility as well as create a sense of balance of body, mind & self. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Bring a mat and a small towel.  Instructor: Hema Alapati

NEW: DOG TRAINING CLASSES: 

GROUP BASIC OBEDIENCE CLASS

Is your dog suffering from bad manners? Join Instructor Denise Behrle in her basic training classes for Adult Dogs and Puppies. 

-Dogs must remain with their human and must be leashed in all public areas unless specifically asked by instructor in the classroom.

-Class must have a minimum of 6 and no more than 12. 

-Proof of shots will be required on first day.

SENIOR FITNESS CLASS

Every Tuesday & Thursday morning from 10:30-11:30a with Joan. This is a co-ed physical fitness class to help increase cardiovascular strength, physical and mental well being.
