Parks & Recreation

The Parks and Recreation Department is funded through user fees and the proceeds of a dedicated $0.05 sales tax. Parks and Recreation Director Tim Younker and his staff are responsible for operating and maintaining the hundreds of acres of park land, numerous picnic shelters / sites, a community center, swimming pool, all fields, and the city's 9-hole golf course.


Park Board

Members of the Park Board include:

Additional Information

Park Board meetings are now held at 6:30 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month at St. Ann Community Center. December and January meetings are only as needed, please call ahead regarding those. (314) 429-4545

Updated Parks Statement

UPDATE: As of July 1st, all fall city sponsored events have been cancelled. We hope to continue with St. Ann Day next year in 2021. 

All pavilion and room rentals are cancelled for the month of August.

Tiemeyer Playground Renovation Project made possible by a grant from St. Louis County that will pay 80% of the renovation.
