The City of St. Ann is hiring a Part-Time Aquatic Center Program/Concession Manager.  If you enjoy working in a team environment, this job is for you! Benefits include free pool privileges, community center and golf starting day one of your hiring.

Primary Purpose: To maintain professional appearance and functionality of St. Ann’s Aquatic Center and Concession stand. Primary duties include overseeing memberships, class registrations, birthday party packages as well as concession staff and operation.

Description of Work:

  • Work will begin in mid-May and continue through the end of the pool season. (Labor Day) Schedules will be modified to adjust for weekend hours to total and average of 20-29 hours per week.
  • Registering patrons for memberships, classes, and programs.
  • Scheduling front desk/concessions staff.
  • Overseeing product ordering and daily deposits.
  • Assist in overall operation with Pool Management Team.
  • Maintains cleanliness of the work area.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to read and follow written and verbal directions and follow all safety protocols. Be a team player while also being able to work independently. Punctuality and dependability is a must.

Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 pounds for a short period of time. Able to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, grab, push, pull, and kneel for extended periods of time. Able to learn and operate multiple types of equipment.

Working Conditions: Work takes place inside, as well as outside for special events, programs, etc.
