General Pool Information
General Pool Rules
- Children 10 and under must be supervised by an adult 16 or older wearing a swim suit.
- Everyone entering the pool must have on a lined swim suit.
- All babies and toddlers must wear a swim diaper.
- No running, rough housing, or horseplay. Determination that play is too rough is at the discretion of the Aquatic Facility.
- Patrons experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, contagious conditions, or with open wounds should not use the pool.
- Patrons should shower off before entering the pool.
- No traditional or electronic tobacco products will be allowed inside the facility. Those wishing to use tobacco may receive a wrist band from the front desk for re-entry after leaving the facility to use tobacco.
- No outside food, drink, coolers, etc. Are allowed in the Aquatic Facility.
- No food is allowed on pool deck
- No glass is allowed anywhere in the Aquatic Facility. Glass items will be immediately confiscated by Aquatic Facility Staff and be returned to their owner when leaving the facility.
- Those suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances will not be allowed to enter the facility and will be asked to leave if already inside.
- Obscene gestures and inappropriate language will not be tolerated.
- Spitting or spouting water are not allowed. Pool water should not be consumed.
- No chewing gum.
- Flotation devices must be Coast Guard approved. Children wearing flotation devices must remain within arm’s reach of an adult and will be restricted to shallow water areas (less than 4.5 feet).
- All toys are subject of approval by the manager or head lifeguard on duty.
- No mermaid tails, hard balls, or tennis balls.
- The City of St. Ann is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Failure to follow the rules or directions from the Aquatic Staff may result in removal from the facility.
- Aquatic Facility Management reserves the right to deny entry, keep passes, or void memberships to the pool without reimbursement for any reason.
Waterslide Rules
- All riders must be at least 48" tall
- Maximum rider weight is 300 pounds
- WARNING: Water depth is shallow
- Non-swimmers are not permitted
- All riders must ride feet first while lying on their back with arms crossed across their chest. Do not go down the slide head first. Do not sit up while riding the slide
- Riders must enter the slide in a sitting position and wait for instructions from the lifeguard stationed at the slide starter tub
- Do not propel yourself into the ride
- Only one rider at a time. Absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted
- No running, standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling or stopping in the flume. Arms and hands must remain inside the flume at all times. Riders should remain in proper riding position until forward movement is terminated. At no time should the rider attempt to stand up while on the slide or prior to coming to a complete stop in the splash out area
- No tubes, mats, or life jackets are permitted on the waterslide
- No combs or foreign objects are allowed in pockets and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. No cut -ff jeans or swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation; only approved swim suits allowed
- The line should form on the deck with one rider on each landing and one rider the starter tub. Wait until landing area is clear before entering.
- Riders must be in good health. Elderly persons, those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or persons using prescription medication should consult their physician before using this slide. Individuals with medical conditions including, but not limited to pregnancy, heart, or back problems should not ride
- Do not sue this slide while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No diving from the slide
- Leave the run-out area promptly after entering

Play Unit Rules
- Play unit waterslide(s) are intended for children, adults may use waterslide(s) while supervising children
- Dual racer waterslide(s): Maximum combined rider weight 300lbs
- Flume waterslide(s): Maximum rider weight 300lbs
- WARNING: Water depth may be shallow
- Children must be supervised by an adult
- Follow the instructions of lifeguards at all times
- Landing area and waterslide(s) must be clear before entering the waterslide(s)
- Only one rider per waterslide(s) lane at a time. Absolutely no trains or chains of riders are permitted
- All riders must slide feet first with arms crossed across their chest. Do not go down the waterslide(s) head first or do not propel yourself into the ride. Leave the waterslide(s) exit promptly after entering
- No Running
- No standing, kneeling, rotating, tumbling or stopping in/on waterslide(s)
- No tubes, mats, water wings, life jackets, or other floatation devices are permitted on the play unit or waterslide(s)
- No foreign objects are allowed in pockets; such as sunglasses, and no jewelry can be worn while riding the slide. Approved swimwear only. No cut off jeans or swim wear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets or metal ornamentation
- No diving or jumping from the waterslide(s) or play unit
- Rider assumes all risk of injury due to misuse of the play unit or waterslide(s)

Storm Policy
At the sight of lightning or sound of thunder, pool will close and patrons will be asked to leave pool deck area. The pool will remain closed for 30 minutes from the last sight of lightning or sound of thunder. Rainchecks will be provided only if the pool has been closed for 1 hour or longer.
Membership Information
- Can only be purchased at the pool
- Memberships are valid from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Must have a resident card in order to receive Resident rate for season pass
- Family memberships include up to 4 people. Must be immediate family only. Each additional family member after 4 is $20.
- Each member must be present at time of purchase for I.D.
- Fee for lost card: Resident $10, Non-Resident $20
