You should be present at the time located on your summon/notice or risk not being seen by the Judge. Bringing children to Court is strongly discouraged. If children must be in the Courtroom, they must be well-behaved, quiet and must not disturb the Court. You may plead not guilty by coming to court and a trial date will be set. If you want to plead guilty, but do not have the funds to pay your ticket, you must still come to court. You will not be arrested for not having the money to pay. If you fail to appear, a warrant may be issued.
