YOGA

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

In this boot camp aerobics class, you will utilize your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and a stepper to perform full body exercises. This will improve your health strength, range of motion, flexibility, etc. There are modifications for every exercise. No matter what shape you are in, this class is designed for you. SENIOR FITNESS CLASS

Every Tuesday morning from 10:30-11:30am with Norma & Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:30am with Joan. This is a co-ed physical fitness class to help increase cardiovascular strength, physical and mental well being.

        Fee (per class):

        Residents $2.00

        Non-Residents $2.50

PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN
